Standards and Fees

Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $55.00 per applicant
Holding deposit due at application $300 1x1, $400 2x2, $500 3x2
Additional Security Deposit - Normal: $0 all floorplans - based on screening results
Additional Security Deposit - Extra: $300 1bd, $400 2bd, $500 3bd - based on screening results
Additional Security Deposit - Max: $600 1bd, $800 2bd, $1000 3bd - based on screening results
Guarantor Application Fee: $55
Pet Deposit - Refundable: $300
Pet rent monthly: $50 (for 1 or 2 pets)
Bike Storage: $10 per month for up to 2 spots
Garage: $135
Refundable Garage Remote Deposit: $35
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Utility Billing Fee: $3.25
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $25
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, incur $75
Termination Fee: Termination fee is equivalent to one month's rent if 6 or less months remain in the lease term. A termination fee of two months' rent if more than 6 months remains. A written notice of 60 days must be given.
These fees will be determined upon your 60- day notice. All monies owed must be paid prior to move-out.

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $300

Comments: Only one refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in for 1 or 2 pets. Pet rent of $50 a month for 1 or 2 pets. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Preserve at Blue Ravine Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
